SHIPPING POLICY
Wheels typically ship 4-6 weeks from the date the order is placed, and will ship directly from Forgeline Motorsports. Forgeline ships daily with a wide range of carriers including United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express, and other custom freight carriers. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping, and payment must be received in full before completed orders will be released to the carrier. Shipping costs vary greatly for each order and are determined by the shipment weight, shipment value, shipment destination, carrier, and service option. Please contact us directly for the most accurate shipping model.
Please note: ALL SHIPMENTS destined for a residential address will require a signature at delivery (unless specifically instructed otherwise in writing prior to shipment)! In most cases, we cannot ship to post office boxes.
REFUND / RETURN POLICY
0320 Design wheels manufactured by Forgeline are manufactured on a custom made-to-order basis and built to each customer’s unique specifications. Before each order is produced, we employ a strict order verification process to ensure that our build documentation matches our customers’ requirements and expectations.
We take extra caution to ensure that each order is built according to specifications and with the utmost attention to quality and detail. And because each wheel is unique and made-to-order to customer specifications, Forgeline wheels are NOT eligible for returns or refunds.
0320 Design understands that errors may occur. In the event that 0320 Design fails to build the specifications that are documented on the signed sales order, we will repair or replace the order as soon as possible. In the event that the customer’s original specifications on the signed sales order turn out to be incorrect, then we will work with you to find a solution and resolution at the lowest possible cost.
PRIVACY POLICY
0320 Design is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party, without your prior approval. We may use information that we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers that we think you will find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, then you may unsubscribe at any time. 0320 Design will not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
This website is owned and operated by 0320 Design Group LLC. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors a view of sample services provided by 0320 Design as well as a limited selection of product available for purchase. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
0320 Design, its partners or affiliates shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental and contingent damages arising from, but not limited to, the sale, transportation, installation, use or repair of its products. The customer shall be responsible for selecting a reputable installer with current liability insurance to cover any damage that may arise throughout installation of 0320 Design products onto your vehicle. 0320 Design's listing and/or recommendation of facilities shall not constitute as a ground for any liability. Notwithstanding any other provision of this agreement, 0320 Design's maximum combined liability shall be limited to the payments made by the facilitator under this agreement for the specific product that caused the alleged damages.
The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of 0320 Design Group LLC and/or the brands for which the example services were provided. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.
Customer recognizes and agrees that by uploading any content (including, but not limited to designs, images, animations, videos, audio files, fonts, logos, illustrations, compositions, artworks, interfaces, text and literary works) through any means to the website, you confirm that you own all the relevant rights or received the appropriate license to upload/transfer/send the content. You agree and consent that the uploaded/transferred content may be publicly displayed at the website.
We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these pages periodically. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.
LIMITED WARRANTY
FORGED WHEELS
Eligibility:
This limited warranty covers 0320 Design wheels produced by Forgeline Motorsports and related accessories manufactured or sold by Forgeline Motorsports. You are eligible for coverage under this warranty if you are the original purchaser of the wheel or accessory and the wheel or accessory has been used only on the vehicle for which it was specifically designed. Transfer of title of any Forgeline Motorsports wheel or accessory voids this warranty.
Coverage:
The terms of this limited warranty is three (3) years from the date of purchase. The obligation of Forgeline Motorsports under this warranty is to repair or replace, at its option, any Forgeline product, returned freight prepaid, which is determined by Forgeline Motorsports to have been defective in material or workmanship. Such repair or replacement will not include installation charges or incidental expenses.
Limitations:
No representative or dealer has the authority to make any representation, promise, or agreement on behalf of Forgeline Motorsports.
The following are specifically NOT covered by this warranty:
1. Any wheel or accessory that has been subject to misuse, negligence, racing, improper installation, collision, or damage from wheel weights.
2. Damage to the surface finish or accessory as a result of stone chips or similar road hazards.
3. Damage to the surface finish of the wheel or accessory as a result of polish, abrasives, rubbing compounds, or acid based cleaners.
4. Damage to the surface finish of the wheel or accessory as a result of abrasion by balance weights.
5. Any wheel that is installed without proper Forgeline Motorsports accessories or installed on a vehicle other than that for which the wheel was designed.
6. Any wheel or accessory that has been repaired or altered by a party other than Forgeline Motorsports.
7. Corrosion or defects not resulting from manufacturing defects in workmanship or material.
8. Finishes that have been scratched by cleaning brushes, car wash brushes, abrasives, or rubbing compound.
9. Claims concerning out of roundness after 30 days.
10. Polished or raw finishes with no clear coat. (These have no finish warranty.)
11. Chrome plated parts after one year. (Chrome parts have a one year warranty against corrosion.)
Disclaimer:
Forgeline Motorsports disclaims all other express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and use for a particular purpose to the extent the state or federal law allow. This warranty gives the owner specific legal rights and the owner may have other rights under the state law.
A warranty adjustment will require verification of date of purchase. The original invoice showing ownership and the date of purchase is acceptable.
